You pay $10 for a subscription, then find out the pictures cost “tokens”. Every AI porn site has a made-up currency, and they all do the same job: they turn a flat monthly price into a metered one. Once you know the exchange rate, comparing sites gets much easier.
Why credits exist at all
Text chat is cheap to run. Generating a picture or a video clip is not: it costs the site real money in GPU time, every single time. So nearly every site makes chat unlimited (or close to it) on a paid plan, and puts images, video and voice calls on a credit meter. The subscription buys you a monthly drip of credits; when you run out, you top up.

A few things that table tells you:
- OurDream’s coins go furthest for pictures. About 5 coins an image, with 1,000 coins in every Premium month.
- Video is where credits vanish. An OurDream clip is about 100 coins, a fifth of the month. fuckd.ai’s cheapest clip is 20 spunk, a fifth of its monthly allowance too, but the allowance is smaller.
- Promptchan doesn’t publish a per-image cost. You’ll learn by spending.
- Candy only publishes one price (Live Action at 5 tokens a minute). The ~4-tokens-per-image figure comes from third-party testers.
Do credits roll over?
This is the bit that catches people out.

If a site resets your plan credits each month, a quiet month is money wasted. In that case, buy the smaller plan and top up when you need to.
Three rules for not overspending
- Check the price before you press the button. The good sites show what a generation costs before you generate. If one doesn’t, assume it’s expensive.
- Pay yearly for the subscription, monthly for nothing. The price index shows yearly plans are 50–70% cheaper per month.
- Video is a treat, not a habit. At 20–100 credits a clip, a video habit costs more than the subscription.
